Year-End List 2016: 10 Worst Movies
Now that we've looked at the Best Films of 2016, we like to turn the spotlight on the worst. This year has had its fair share of films that fizzled faster than we expected and it's time to look back at the movies that didn't just disappoint, but caused us the most pain. Haha.
And just like my "best" list, it’s not physically and financially possible for me to go and watch ALL films that were released this year, so you may not find some of the garbage here.
Read on to see what made the shortlists and let us know in the comments what made yours.
10. Sisters
"Sisters wasn't entirely an awful dreck, but the film had nothing that really stuck out to vault this into must see territory." READ FULL REVIEW
09. Gods of Egypt
".. it was still a dreadfully mediocre film riddled with cliches. Skip this one. There's not enough positive elements to it to justify the price of admission." READ FULL REVIEW
08. The Legend of Tarzan
Even Aleksander Skarsgard's abs can't save this film from all the mediocrity.
07. London Has Fallen
"This seriously felt inconsequential compared to the first one and seemed like a hollow attempt at outdoing what worked so well with it's predecessor." READ FULL REVIEW
06. Alice Through The Looking Glass
That right there sums me up the entire film!
05. Mr. Right
What's more annoying than the actual movie? Anna Kendrick's pabebe voice. Ugh.
04. Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates
Hot. Mess.
03. Allegiant
"Not that I expecting anything extraordinary from Allegiant - believe me, my expectations were really low - but it seriously felt like torture sitting through the entire film. Pfft." READ FULL REVIEW
02. Zoolander 2
No. Words.
01. Independence Day: Resurgence
"Just look at it this way, Will Smith avoided this sequel and, I guess, you should too." READ FULL REVIEW
