Movie Review: Fifty Shades Freed

I seriously didn't think it could get much worse from the last film, but damn, was I wrong. Fifty Shades Freed was just a bunch of random, ludicrous, and pointless events slapped - pun intended - together to create a film.

The nonexistent chemistry between Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson was still entertainingly laughable, the screenplay was horrendous, and just the overall execution felt lazy - that corny montage at the end should've been cut and put us out of our misery. Any redeeming quality? It was unintentionally funny for just how ridiculous this movie was and for the sheer gloss of it all.

Just like Christian Grey, I'm most likely a sadist as I willingly endured another - and thankfully, the last - painfully awful film in the Fifty Shades of Grey franchise. I didn't expect it to be good, but Fifty Shades Freed just grabbed the other two terrible films under this franchise and slapped them into submission.
