True, there were a handful of hinky notes throughout and suffered some breath control issues while grappling the quick cadence of her own penned song, but Grace managed to imbue her performance with enough youthful energy and personality and made an effort to showcase herself as an artist who could find some real success on the pop charts. It was, for the most part, viewed well by the jury with it topping one of the panelist's list and three (3) more as a definitive runner-up of the year. Not too shabby for an original song, which she actually wrote.
