Orphan Black: Season 5 (Final Season)

Orphan Blacks' final season was terribly uneven with disjointed and convoluted first few episodes. Fortunately, things did towards the end and the last two were everything I'd hope for and more. Sure, a 2 hour finale episode - instead of splitting them into two - would've been a more balanced send off to the sestras, but the emotional payoff at the end was outstandingly satisfying. Orphan Black has been a total bumpy yet fun rollercoaster ride the last five episodes, but it was a great series anchored by a sensational set of performances from Tatiana Maslany - I always forget that she's playing 90% of the characters on this show, it's crazy! As much as I don't want to admit it, I will miss the show and the sestras immensely.  Thank you, Orphan Black! You were great!

Episode 1: The Few Who Dare
Desperate to get off the island and reunite with her family, a wounded Sarah journeys into the island's interior, only to discover a mysterious village - the beating heart of the Neolution agenda.

Episode 2: Clutch of Greed
Dragged home from the Island by Neolution, Sarah refuses to follow Rachel's new regime. Sarah sets a plan in motion to get her and her daughter out of Neolution's reach for good.

Sarah and Siobhan follow a lead on a Neolution defector, hoping for enough leverage to free Kira from Dyad's clutches. Also, Cosima investigates rumors about a creature in the woods.

Episode 5: Ease for Idle Millionaires
While Sarah and Kira spend time at home bonding, Cosima unlocks the island's biggest secret, discovering a link between the village's so-called creature and the science around Kira.

Episode 6: Manacled Slim Wrists
Cosima is forced into an alliance with Susan Duncan when an old enemy returns to the Island. Meanwhile, on the mainland, Krystal stumbles onto a vital clue to the Neolution endgame.

Episode 7: Gag or Throttle
As Westmoreland demands a more aggressive approach with Kira, and Sarah fights to save her daughter, Rachel discovers a dark secret that makes her question her place within Neolution.

Episode 8: Guillotines Decide
Mrs. S orders the sisters to take a night off from sleuthing to celebrate Felix's art opening. But while Felix attempts to impress a famous gallerist with the help of his sestras, Sarah remains on edge with a nagging suspicion that S is hiding something.

Episode 9: One Fettered Slave
A devastating loss is eclipsed when word reaches Sarah that Helena has been kidnapped. Later: Clone Club band together in a race against time, determined to find her before she has her babies.

Episode 10: To Right the Wrongs of Many
With Helena forced to take shelter behind enemy lines, it's a bloody last stand for survival as Sarah and Art struggle to protect her, and end the siege on the sestras once and for all.
