Holy mother of curse words!!! There are numerous words that could describe this brand new single from Fifth Harmony, but flop won't be one of them. Sure, the single is receiving mixed reviews from fans and non-fans but music pundits are giving it a full thumbs up.

Angel is proving various things from now the quartet girl group. Normani, Lauren, Dinah and Ally are proving that it could still work regardless of what the past year happened. The four young artists are moving forward with such admirable confidence.

Angel is a bolder and better output from Fifth Harmony. It shows variety and risk while maintaining a pop mark. The single is more identified on its R&B flavor and it is a route that no one expects but hopefully is embraced well. Angel - produced and written by Skrillex and Poobear - boasts a production reminiscent of Bieber's What Do You Mean but with more spunk and attitude.

Angel is solid second showing from the girls and if this is an indication of the different sounds from their up and coming third album, then everyone is in for a treat. Angel is masterful at its own right. Sure, it is not perfect but the girls sold it with flying colors. Those harmonies? Rap verses? Dynamics? Catchy pre-chorus and chorus? GOLDEN!
