Year-End List 2018: 20 Best Movies

Now that 2018 has ended, one eye is inevitably on the movie treats that are lying ahead for 2019. With that in mind, I've got my line-up of, as things stands, the 20 films that are brightest on my radar.

Now, a couple of disclaimers.

There are films that have made the cut here that some could argue were released late last year. Sadly, they were released at my part of the world on 2018, so there's that. And as per always, the usual caveats apply: I’m willing to concede that these may all simply be movies that happened to land in front of my eyeballs on the day I needed them to. So yes, I wasn’t able to see every movie this year, so absence from the list may suggest one I missed.. or maybe I just wasn't into them.

Check out all the films I've seen this year, HERE.

Read on to see what made the shortlists and let us know in the comments what made yours.
